Once you have purchased your plot, you have access to the entire acreage of land to ride your ATVs or UTVs, camp out, hunt, fish, and more. River Ranch Acres is one of the last private recreational areas left in Florida for those wishing to enjoy outdoor activities. The area is managed by the River Ranch Property Owner’s Association (RRPOA), and in order to access the property and take advantage of the membership, you will need to join the RRPOA. The annual dues are $145 and cover one person or a married couple.

Our lots vary in size from .31 acres to 1.25-acre camp lots. Prices vary on location and accessibility. We also sell membership lots. Please call us for information on our current inventory.
